Terms of Service

By using Allemax (“the service”), operated by Allema, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind it.

Account and access

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Subscription and billing

The service is billed per user, per month. You can cancel anytime; access remains active until the end of the paid period. Our 60-day guarantee applies as described on the pricing page.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, not to attempt unauthorized access, and not to harm its integrity or availability.

Your data

You retain ownership of the data you enter into Allemax. We access it only to provide and support the service, as described in our privacy policy.

Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Allema is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes, we'll notify you. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec. Questions: info@allema.ca.
