Keeping your data safe is at the core of Allemax. Here are the measures we put in place to protect your business.

Encryption

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Communication with QuickBooks Online uses secure connections and OAuth tokens — we never store your QuickBooks passwords.

Hosted in Canada

Infrastructure and backups are hosted in Canada. Each business is isolated in its own space (multi-tenant architecture), so your data is never accessible to another customer.

Access control

Granular roles and permissions determine who sees what. Internal access is limited to what's strictly necessary to run and support the service.

Backups and continuity

Regular backups and continuous monitoring keep the service available and let us recover your data in the event of an incident.
