Allemax is a platform operated by Allema (“we”). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we protect it. We handle your data in accordance with Quebec's Law 25 and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Information we collect

• Account: name, email address, company and role.
• Usage data: projects, engagements, timesheets, invoices and other content you enter into the platform.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and access logs required for security and proper operation of the service.
• Integrations: the data exchanged with QuickBooks Online when you enable sync.

Why we use it

To provide and improve the service, secure your account, handle billing, sync your accounting data and support you. We never sell your personal information.

Hosting and retention

Your data is hosted in Canada. We keep it for as long as your account is active, then for the period required by law. You can request deletion of your account at any time.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent. Write to us at confidentialite@allema.ca and we'll respond within the timeframes set by law.
